This is the Drain Attachment for the 30 & 15 degree rotating rod holder, made of 316 stainless steel and a brass swiveling pipe clamp.

Materials
1. Rod Sleeve: Rolled and polished, seamless 316 stainless steel.
2. Bearings: Injection moulded ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene for ultra-high wear, chemical, compression and sheer resistance.
3. Base Plate: Precision cast, stamped, machined and polished 316 stainless steel.
4. Top Cover: Precision cast machined and polished 316 stainless steel.
5. Isolation Gasket: Resilient rubber blend, designed specifically to be very tough and wear resistant and resist attack from chemicals and uv.
6. Locking lever: Precision cast, machined and polished 316 stainless steel.
7. Locking lever cover: Resilient rubber blend, designed specifically to be very tough and wear resistant and resist attack from chemicals and uv.
8. M x 7.5mm 316 stainless steel philips drive, countersunk screw, nut and washer.
9. Sleeve Guide: Resilient rubber blend, designed specifically to be very tough and wear resistance.
Installation
Provided with your 360 rotating rod holder is an actual size template for ease of positioning your rod holder in the desired location. Depending on the width of your Gunwale and the position of the rod holder being Port, Starboard or on the stern of your craft you need to take into consideration of the amount of rotation you seek and obstructions in the location of the rod holder.
We recommended you take the time to inspect under the Gunwale for any interference or obstructions that may be present, if properly positioned, be it a retro fit or a fresh install on the Port or Starboard sides of your craft you will all ways acheive a rotation area of at least a minimum 180-degree to the fishing zone with more rotation possible with a wider Gunwale, in the stern of the craft similar conditions apply in positioning for maximum rotation around the fishing zone

(b) Bluewater 360 Rotating Series (stainless steel), used for commercial / professional purposes: 1 year.
(c) Bluewater FX Fixed Series (other than stainless steel), used for personal use: 5 years.
(d) Bluewater FX Fixed Series (other than stainless steel), used for commercial / professional use: 1 year.
(e) Exploding Fish other Products and accessories (other than scheduled maintenance items): 1 year.
2. The warranty period commences on the date of purchase of the Product by the end user of the Product.

How strong is the rod holder?
The rod holder has been tested to 70kg of pressure and all production products will be lab tested to acquire line class rating of 60kg/135lb
Are they strong enough to troll for big palagics?
Yes,the Bluewater 360 will with stand the pressure of the first strike in any trolling position, the rod holder is stronger than any top grade stainless steel holder on the market.
What is the tube bottom swing area?
The 30-degree rod holder has a swing area of 254mm or 10″ and the 15-degree rod holder is 157mm or 6.1" the wider the gunwale the more rotation is achievable. The Bluewater 360 will always possibly achieve an 180-degree swing towards the fishing zone.
Is there any Warranty on the product?
Exploding Fish has a 5 Year manufacturers warranty on all of the stainless parts to the rod holders, both rotating and fixed models.
